A transformative experience

The Living Yoga Training (LYT) program offers a transformative experience for those seeking spiritual growth. In the peaceful setting and nurturing environment of Satchidananda Ashram–Yogaville and guided by dedicated teachers well-versed in the Integral Yoga teachings and practices of Sri Swami Satchidananda, the revered founder of Integral Yoga, participants can deepen their practice through a balanced blend of Hatha Yoga, meditation, spiritual studies, and Karma Yoga (selfless service).

The LYT program’s immersive, comprehensive approach significantly enhances one’s ability to lead a healthy, balanced, and joyful life.
