“Knowing the true Self is what is meant by spirituality. All that we know nowadays is something other than the spirit. You want to know how the electricity works, how the car moves, how the plant grows. You want to know something outside of you, but you never question yourself: ‘Who wants to know all these things?’ Try to know the Knower. You have to see your spirit, then only you get spiritual realization. How would you see the spirit? You should have a good reflector: a calm, clean mind. Then you will get the true reflection of your true Self.”
