“When you do slow simple deep breathing, your mind is so peaceful. Just sit quietly. Breath slowly in and out. Let the mind be attentive to the breath. However restless you are, in two or three minutes you will feel like a baby. You will be so calm. Breathing takes care of many things. It burns out all the impurities of the body. It calms the mind. When the mind is calm, the advantage is that you become strong. Once an hour, take a few minutes to do some gentle deep breathing. See the difference it will make in your day. “
