Dhāraṇī Diana Díaz
Dhāraṇī is a 500-hour Yoga teacher passionately dedicated to serving marginalized communities. She is a published author specializing in personal essays, memoirs, and creative nonfiction and conducts Yoga-writing workshops and retreats throughout the United States. By combining the grounding and spirituality of Yoga with the discipline and self-reflection of writing, she teaches participants to embrace vulnerability in writing through the safety and strength of their Inner Peace. Dhāraṇī holds advanced certifications in Holistic Sound Healing, Yoga for Stress Management, Healing Relationships, Yoga for Cancer and Chronic Illness, Accessible Yoga, among others. She holds a BFA in Writing from NYU and an M.A. in Literature from the UPR, Recinto de Rio Piedras. Dhāraṇī is a native Newyorican and proud mother of a Millennial and a GenZer.
