A Weekend of Rewilding
with Tara (Becky) Eschenroeder, E-RYT 500, RCYT, YACEP and Brad Ellsworth of Druminyasa®
November 7 - 10, 2024
Program Description
Rewilding is the path of instinct and intuition, a re-connection with our own inner wild and knowing. This program is for you if you are in the midst of change, need support in gaining clarity, or seek the tools for self-transformation on this human journey. Join a group of supportive, like-minded souls and re-discover your self-trust, intuition, and higher instincts.
The process of rewilding is powerful, realigning us with our Sacred Self.
The tools for this journey include:
- Journaling
- Class discussion
- Dreamscape hiking
- Exploring the felt sense
- Meditation
- Yoga (Vinyasa Flow)
- Breathwork
Included in this weekend of self-exploration will be the rhythms of Druminyasa. Feel the vibrations as you connect breath, heartbeat, mind and body to a vinyasa flow led by Tara and to the beats of the drums by percussionist Brad Ellsworth of Druminyasa. Stripping away the distractions of everyday life, we will get back to basics, cultivating our ever-present and universal truth that lies within.

Testimonials
“Tara is an amazing mentor, teacher, coach and human. Encouraging thought, tough conversations and exploration no matter where you are in life. She has helped in my worst and best times in navigating life and relationships. Whether on the mat, on a hike, at a retreat, zoom, phone call or in a hug, she loves and cares with her whole body with zero judgement. Tara knows how to get you to dig deep into spaces of the unknown. Forever grateful to call Tara my mentor, my teacher, my coach and most of all a very dear friend.” -Karen, Mentee and Student
“Working with Tara and receiving her guidance has impacted my life mostly in the way of remembering the connection we have as humans with Mother Nature and trusting that when we take time to still the mind and connect to all that is around us we receive far more than we think we do. Tara’s genuine curiosity for your feelings and her heartfelt support for your well being shows in every action and every word she expresses whether in the form of verbal or written communication. Her continued support as a mentor and teacher has not only inspired me to be brave in this big world but reminded me that I am deserving of all I desire and that I have the tools to make my way on my own path, one big YES at a time!” -Amber Rose, Mentee and Student
“As someone who has suffered from depression and the incumbent cynical world view for too many years, I have found a teacher, a mentor whose positive, joyful attitude based on a love of nature and the art of living in the now has given me some tools to focus on the beauty of life in just “Being.” Tara’s authenticity embraces each individual in her path with unconditional compassion, friendship and love. She has helped me see into the Eye of My Heart, given me hope and joy in simply living.” -Anonymous
