Program Description
Would you like to experience a more relaxed and peaceful mind and a more open and compassionate heart? Learn how to create an easeful, positive mind and feel more connected in your relationships. This weekend, Morganne and Mitra will be sharing powerful tools that clear layers of unhelpful beliefs, memories, thoughts, and emotions. Drawn from both ancient yogic as well as modern sources, the guided meditations and practices in this program are fresh and inspiring.
Here is a sample of the meditations:
- Connect with your Higher Self to effect beneficial changes in your life and health
- Learn Witnessing to clear and stabilize the mind
- Release limiting beliefs
- Move through challenging emotions.
- Experience more positive emotions and compassion
This weekend will allow you to:

Enjoy the Peaceful atmosphere of Yogaville and participate in the uplifting daily schedule of Meditations, Hatha Yoga, Saturday noon meditation at LOTUS and Saturday evening Satsang

Mitra Somerville has lived and trained in Integral Yoga communities in Australia, New York, and Yogaville, VA. Morganne Ashlie, M.S., LAc
