Mindfulness is our portable practice to feel calm and focused throughout the day.
Gain valuable insights into how to surf the ongoing overstimulation of today’s modern world. Learn how to navigate staying present amongst a culture that praises being busy. Together we will create intentional pauses to allow your brain and nervous system to relax and reset.
Walk away with a heightened sense of awareness of the present, with the tools you need to stay calm during a time of an overwhelming influx of information. In this weekend retreat, you will learn how to skillfully navigate these challenges in each moment that they occur.
