Program Description

Explore how our joints are designed to move and learn a powerful practice, the Joint Freeing Series, that has the ability to open up joints and create a happy body with freedom and ease. Freedom in our joints feels good and with that freedom, we feel stronger and happier in all movements. Move each joint through its natural range of motion and learn to correct movements so every joint can be free. It is a simple practice that creates big results.

Learn how your joints contribute to your everyday movement and happiness with these two recorded practice videos with Hope Mell providing step by step instruction in the Joint Freeing Series. In the first video, Hope takes you through the Joint Freeing Series practicing on the floor and standing. In the second video, Hope adapts the same series seated on a chair or stool. Both classes end with constructive rest (deep relaxation), pranayama, and meditation.

This workshop includes access to:

  • Two recorded practice videos with Hope Mell
  • Guided meditation video
  • A talk and a Yoga Nidra session by Sri Swami Satchidananda
